Berlin Blossom

This will just be a short post (though I don’t really write long posts). I just want to share photos of my Spring experience (but really, they’re mostly of Sakura) in Berlin. This season is just soooo wonderful despite the crazy April weather throwing us ambivalent situations in a day. Lake Tegel

After a 7-day straight mess at work — all the excitement, the papers that need to be signed, by patients who adore and despise you from one moment to another, the medications that need to be administered on time, to different patients who have the same “Wunschzeiten”, and hesitantly ignoring emergency phone calls, etc, etc — I felt like I much needed a 1-day “Erholung“. Alexanderplatz

Buildings and malls surround it. Tram lines, buses and trains circuit through it. Located in the middle of the middle (Mitte) of Berlin, this is considered the busiest part of the city. Last month it was just covered with stalls of the Christmas Market, and everyday it is covered with people going on with their own lives. Many would say I live near a place that is dangerous.
